1. The number 47 is an essential
feature in the names of MARIA and IESUS. The numeric values (NV) of the two names are 40 and 70, so their ratio is 10*(4:7) giving each letter an average NV of 11. Corresponding to the three
numbers of the ratio, the first geometrical model is the double-rhombus with 8+2 lines, 4 triangles and 7 points:

2. The predominant
geometrical model for 47 is the three sides of the tetraktys. Each side
consists of 7 elements: 4 points and 3 lines, together 21 elements. If 12 as part of the whole is set in
relation to the total sum of 21, the ratio is 3*(4:7):

3. The initials M+I of the two names have
the NV 12+9 = 21. If the points and lines of all three sides are counted
as a whole, the sum is 9+9 = 18. The letter equivalent
for 18 is S. The single centre
point of the tetraktys as its constructional beginning can be represented by
the letter A. A and S are the last letters of MARIA and IESUS. The gematrical sum of
the first and last letters is then 21+19 = 40, which again provides the ratio 40:70 = 4:7 for 4:6 letters:

The 4 letters can be put on
the three corner points and the centre point, the 6 letters on the
hexagonal circle points. There may be some sense in what can be read clockwise
without the S in the centre: IMA VARIES – May you
convert what is lowest. The S can be understood as a vocative and the initial of
SATOR – creator.
4. The number 47 is of enormous religious
significance: The Latin word DEUS – God has the NV 47. The Latin terms for
the trinitarian divine persons PATER (57), FILIUS (73), SANCTUS (92) SPIRITUS
(125) have the NV 347, which is a prime number. The solemn title of the Roman
republic SENATUS (94) POPULUSQUE (154) ROMANUS (95) has the NV 343 = 7*7*7, representing the
three sides of the tetractys in the product form 3*(4+3).
5. The role of the number 47 becomes evident from its place among the first 100 numbers. It is the 11th and central of 21 prime numbers between 11 and 97 and the 16th from number 1. The first 15 prime numbers

add up to 282 = 6*47. The number 43 refers to the 4 points and 3 lines of one tetraktys
side, and 6*47 to two tetraktys with 6 sides and the ratio 4:7. The number 6 also means that if the
points of each side are not counted, there are only 6 elements per side. If 47 as the 16th prime number is added, each tetraktys side is defined by 6+1 elements and the ratio
4:7. It is remarkable that
the 10 remaining prime numbers

amount to 712, which is 3*4*61. There is a miraculous
correspondence between 7 as 6+1 and 12 as 3*4. The result 47+61 = 108 =12*9 confirms the number of points and
lines for the three tetraktys sides if counted separately. The factors of both
sums 329 (7+47)and 732 (7+61) add up to 122, which is 2*61.
The addition of all the
factors of the numbers 1 to 47 results in 669 = 3*223. The prime number 223 is to be understood as
2+2 points plus 3 lines or 3 hexagonal elements
plus 2+2 extension elements for each of 3 tetraktys sides. The
names MARIA and IESUS together achieve the value 223, if the factoral value (FV) of both the NS (FV1) and the FS (FV2) are added:

6. If the prime number 347 is seen as
intrinsically connected with the ratio 3*(4:7), the three sides of the
tetraktys can be understood as representations of the three trinitarian
persons. Shakespeare included this concept into his epitaph by choosing the
phrase FOR (37) IESVS (70) SAKE (34), which has the NV 141 = 3*47. The three words
consist of 3*4 letters and the digits of the values are 3, 4 and 7. Just as 2 is the mean of 1+3, 70 and 71 are closest to each
other for the additive result of an uneven number. The NV of the three NS return a joint value of
70, thus underlining
absolute unity of the Father and the Holy Spirit with Jesus:

The FS show the basic ratio
2. The product 8*47 is the result of the
combined values of NS+FS. The NS 227 represents a thematic variation
of the ratio 4:7 and its relation to the tetraktys sides. Likewise the FS 149 is related to the 1+3+5 triangles of the
tetraktys if they are seen as additive results of their three planes:

connections to the double-rhombus with its 7 points and 2*2 triangles, its 3*4 + 3*3 elements and the (1+4)+9 diametrical elements
of the two concentric circles of the tetraktys star:

3. The centre of the 5 words is MAN, and, quite consistently,
its NS+FS is 47. Its position in the text corresponds exactly to
the 16th place of prime numbers from 1 onwards.
If the NS+FS 106 of IESVS is combined with the NS 35 of MY, the result 3*47 again reveals Jesus as
part of the trinitarian union. MY has been interpreted as MARIAE (H)YIOS – Mary's
son. So
the combination of the two values means that Jesus takes his human nature from
his mother Mary, but still remains the Second Divine Person. The FS 30 of MY corresponds to the NS of the letters MAR. So Maria continues to
be an individual in her own right.

Isopsephic words have equal gematric values. The second
word of Ovid's
epitaph EGO and MAN in Shakespeare's have exactly the same NV 26 and FS 21. There is a remarkable
relationship between the two words and DEUS – God. The NV of DEUS is 47, its FS 26, therefore the
difference between its FS and in NV is 21:

The
parallels and differences between the two patterns of values can be defined as
internal ratio 26:47 = 47 and external ratio 21+26 = 47.

The meaning of the realationship described seems clear: MAN is created in God's image.
The human being is the only creature that is conscious of himself, is capable
of speech and so can say EGO – I.
A similar
word in Ovid's epitaph whose NS+FS is divisible by 47 is QVISQVIS (62, 122) – whoever. QVIS alone means who?, which can only be
asked with regard to a human being.

What can MAN mean in distinction to EGO, if M is associated with MARIA? The word MAN can mean the general
human species comprising both sexes and refer to the male sex alone.
According
to biblical belief the disobedience of the first couple Adam and Eve had
damaged the human nature for all future generations, and the communication
between man and God was interrupted. By her consent to conceive the Second
Divine Person to become Flesh, the Virgin Mary became the enablement or source
of Salvation. By divine providence the first two letters of the Germanic
language root MA are the same as in the name MARIA: Through the Virgin
Mary's cooperation the nature of MAN was restored by Jesus Christ. So MAN represents a new state
of human nature in contrast to EGO.
The NV 26 of MAN corresponds to the
number of elements of the octahedron made up of a cross of double-rhombi. With
regard to her merits, Mary is also called COREDEMPTRIX – assistant and co-redeemer
on her Son's side. The letters MA and N both have the equal NV 13.
4. Rather early in
Christian history MARIA was understood as the new EVA. This idea was also
supported by the Angel Gabriel's greeting AVE. MARIA turned EVA's guilt and ended
man's unredeemed state.
The Latin
letter X can be gematrically replaced by AV
with the NV 21, which is the FS of MAN. The letter E with the NV 5 is the difference
between the FS 21 and the NV 26. In this way MAN can also be read as AVE.
5. If Shakespeare's logic
had come that far, he might have completed his train of thought, considering
the two letters M and W as inversions correspondent to 12 and 21. The two letters are
also initials of MAN and WOMAN. As MARIA turned a new leaf in
the history of mankind, it is consistent with her merits that the lower
component of the X should be turned upwards VV
and as a new letter match the old letter M.
Now MAN can be attributed to
Jesus Christ, who is the most perfect human creation, "incarnatus … ex MARIA virgine", and
model for all human beings. Mary, on the other hand, is the perfect woman,
created without the blemish of Original Sin for the sake of her providential
mission. The numbers 21 and 12 can now be newly understood: The initial I = 9 has taken flesh from W = 21 and has become M = 12 as participating in MARIA's nature and being the
perfect MAN (in general and specific sense). The relationship
between MAN and WOMAN has been renewed by the
perfect lives of two human beings: IESUS and MARIA.
6. The earlier meaning of A+V/V+A is still retained in
the new letter W which is the initial of Shakespeare's Christian name William. The two initials WS correspond to the 3*(4+3) =
21 or 9+9 = 18 elements of the
tetraktys frame and to the Latin word VAS – vessel. Shakespeare
understands himself as a vessel of divine inspiration for his profession of
poet. But he also feels protected by the perfect WOMAN, who is MARIA.
7. The first and last
words of Shakespeare's epitaph are GOOD and BONES have the NV 39 and 52, which correspond to MARI and IESU, with the double
letters A and S omitted. So Shakespeare feels his "GOOD
BONES"
are under the special protection of Mary and Jesus.
